Bivariate continuous data have two measurements associated with each individual in the population.
Finding data for your investigation
- Check if your school has PC/INFOS Schools, a database supplied to schools by Statistics New Zealand. It may be available in the school library, the mathematics department, or the economics department.
- The Statistics New Zealand website has a large amount of data.
- Data collected by Statistics New Zealand is published monthly in Key Statistics which you could find at your local library.
- Local statistics are often available from local councils.
