Light and Colour
A website that describes with interactive tutorials the complex phenomenon that is classically explained with a simple model based on waves and particles. The topics includes sources of visible light (electromagnetic radiation), the theory behind light being made up of waves or particles, speed of light, reflection, refraction, diffraction and interference of light, and basic properties of mirrors, prisms, and lasers. Suitable for NCEA.
