Science 3.1 Carry out a practical scientific investigation with guidance
Assessment
- This is an internal assessment and will be carried out over a specified time.
- Your teacher will guide you on the suitability of your investigation and may even give you a list to choose from.
- You must carry out the investigation yourself.
- You may be required to carry out your investigation outside of class time.
- You are required to keep a logbook during the investigation. Handwrite the logbook and record the following:
- all your planning
- trialing
- day-to-day progress
- investigative notes
- raw data
- any reasoning for eliminating aberrant data.
