Achievement criteria
The level of achievement that you will reach is decided by your ability to select, process, and interpret information, from a range of sources, and present a research report about a current scientific controversy.
You will be required to plan your own research rather than being directed by your teacher. However, the planning stage will not be assessed.

- Research information to present a detailed report on a current scientific controversy.
- A detailed report means that you will provide some depth of scientific information across a range of sources on more than one side of the controversy and that your ideas are integrated in the discussion.
